Subject: DEVELOPMENT OF THE IMPLEMENTATION CONCEPTS FOR DIFFERENT TYPES OF ENERGY PROJECTS IN BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA (BiH)
Within the project “Community Action for Energy Transition (CAET) in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) – Output 2”, there is a need to engage a Consulting company with experience in development of the implementation concepts.
Tasks of the Consulting company is to prepares specific outputs:
1: Training sessions for ECs 2: Business plans and/or feasibility studies for REC PV plants on public building rooftops for electricity production 3: List of permits for REC PV plants 4: Establishing and contracting documents for REC PV plants 5: Advisory sessions for REC PV plants 6: Business plans and/or feasibility studies for installation of EV chargers 7: List of permits for installation of EV chargers 8: Advisory sessions for installation of EV chargers 9: Energy Audit Report for sustainable projects based on the replacement of the existing heating systems with: (a) new biomass heat systems, (b) heat pumps 10: List of permits for replacement of existing and installation of new heating systems 11: Advisory sessions for replacement of existing heating systems 12: Energy Audit or Lighting Audit Reports for sustainable energy projects based on replacement of existing public lighting systems 13: List of permits for replacement of existing public lighting systems 14: Advisory sessions for replacement of existing public lighting systems 15: Training sessions for information events 16: Report with analysis of the procurement process

Interested companies should provide the following:
- Legal entity registered in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
- Self-declaration of eligibility to be filled upon request.
- Declaration of integrity, on request only signed and stamped by company
- In the case of a tenderer consortium, a joint declaration by all consortium members and leader is required.
- Evidence of average annual turnover (Bilans stanja-uspjeha): a minimum of EUR 190.068 or BAM 371.740 net per year, on average, over the past three financial years.
- Number of employees: minimum of 5 in each of the past three years-evidence from the tax authority
- At least 8 reference projects in the technical field (e.g. preparation of business plans, feasibility studies, and various audit reports for sustainable energy projects) in the past 3 years.
- At least 5 of the reference projects must have been implemented in Southern Europe or Bosnia and Herzegovina in the past 3 years.
The selected companies will be contacted and invited to participate in the procedure after the evaluation of received letters of interest.

The project is bi-literal project financed by German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and development (BMZ).
Relevant for compliance with the deadline is the submission of documentation to the above-mentioned post address by 22.9.2025 (post stamp). Late and incomplete applications will not be considered.
