The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH in Bosnia and Herzegovina, within the framework of the project "Sustainable Economic Development and Employment Promotion" co-financed by the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany, the Government of Switzerland and the European Union, plans to conduct a procedure for selecting the most favourable bidder for the development of three (3) modules for self-learning (self-learning courses) intended for teachers of secondary vocational schools. The developed courses will be placed on a web learning platform and used within the framework of teacher training.
All interested companies from the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina that are registered for performing activities in the field of production and development of multimedia and digital content, development of e-learning content and/or LMS solutions, information technologies (IT services), educational and consulting services in the field of professional development are hereby invited to submit a letter of expression of interest.
Subject of engagement:
- didactic and methodological design of content for online learning,
- production of multimedia materials (video, audio, interactive content),
- technical processing and adaptation of content for the web/LMS platform,
- development of three complete modules for self-learning,
- functionality testing and technical optimization of courses.
Interested companies should provide the following:
1. Legal entity registered in Bosnia and Herzegovina - extract from the court register.
2. Self-declaration of eligibility to be filled upon request.
3. In the case of a tenderer consortium, a joint declaration by all consortium members and leader is required.
4. Evidence of average annual turnover (Bilans stanja - uspjeha): a minimum of EUR 24.874,35 or BAM 48.650,00 net per year, on average, over the past three financial years.
5. Number of employees: minimum of 4 in each of the past three years-evidence from the tax authority.
6. At least 3 reference projects in BiH (with minimum commission value of EUR 1022,58 or 2000,00 BAM) in the technical fields of e-learning course development, production of digital educational content, and the creation and implementation of online training, with a short description of each project, the implementation period, and the client’s contact details, carried out in the past 3 years.
Only selected companies will be contacted after the evaluation of the received letters of expression of interest and invited to participate in the procedure and submit a financial offer.
