The project “EU Support to Strengthen the Fight against Migrant Smuggling and Trafficking in Human Beings in the Western Balkans” is designed to improve the conditions for preventing and combating migrant smuggling and trafficking in human beings in the Western Balkans. The interlinked outputs of the project EU4FAST cover all elements of preventing and combatting the smuggling of migrants and trafficking in human beings in a four-pillar approach (Prevention, Protection, Prosecution and Partnership) by: Working with law enforcement and judicial authorities on inter-institutional and intra-regional cooperation; Strengthening the partnership with EU Member States and EU Justice and Home Affairs Agencies, including through the active participation of Western Balkan authorities in EMPACT; Fostering the ability of Western Balkan authorities and frontline workers to identify and provide protection to (potential) victims of trafficking in human beings and to refer them to competent state and non-state assistance and support services; Assisting border authorities in preventing and countering migrant smuggling and trafficking in human beings, in line with EU standards and human rights.
Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH in Bosnia and Herzegovina is planning to implement the procedure of selecting the most favorable supplier related to the procurement of specialized equipment for the needs of the Police Administration of the Ministry of Interior of Una-Sana canton in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The letter of expression of interest should include the following elements:
Company profile
Certificate of company registration
Proof of the tax authority with minimum 2 employees
References – list of clients in the field of procurement relevant to each LOT concerned
Statement indicating the Lot(s) of interest.

Following the evaluation of the expressions of interest received, the selected companies will be contacted and invited to participate in the process.
The company may submit a bid for a single lot, for several lots, or for all lots together.
