The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro, plans to conduct a procedure for selecting the most favorable bidder for the procurement of office vehicles (SUV) for its Country office and project. In this regard, it addresses all interested and authorized companies for the sale of vehicles in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Companies must fulfil following eligibility criteria to be shortlisted:
A. Expression of Interest documentation:
- Company name
- Address and headquarters of the company
- Certified decision on company registration
- Certified proof of authorized dealership for sales and service in BiH
- Registration and tax number
- Statement of the eligibility to be filled out – available upon request
- Annual turnover evidence (appropriate financial statements (bilans uspjeha) minimum 48.895,75 BAM net on average (per year) in the last three financial years.
- Number of company employees (5 min. required)
- Minimum 2 reference projects related to the procurement of the SUV vehicles in the past 3 years (free form)
B. Financial offer
a. Per specified item, and
a. Per specified item, and
b. Total financial offer, with prices stated both excluding and including VAT.
Note:
- Advance payment is possible only upon submission of a valid bank guarantee;
- Delivery deadline: 15 November 2026.
If the companies meet the requirements and submit the documentation as requested in the Letter of Expression of Interest (A), the financial offers (B) will be opened accordingly.
