Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, as part of the EU4 Private Sector Development (EU4PSD) project supported by the European Union and the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), and implemented under the Sustainable Economic Development and Employment Promotion programme in Bosnia and Herzegovina (SEDEP), is selecting a service provider for “Technical assistance for advancing circular economy in the private sector in BIH”.
The SEDEP/EU4PSD project supports Bosnia and Herzegovina’s efforts to accelerate the digital and green transformation of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs). Within this framework, GIZ is commissioning technical assistance to foster the adoption and mainstreaming of circular economy practices in MSMEs, including piloting circular business models, delivering tailored trainings and advisory services, and strengthening the ecosystem through knowledge transfer and capacity development.

Interested companies should provide the following:
- Legal entity registered in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
- Self-declaration of eligibility to be filled upon request.
- Declaration of integrity, on request only signed and stamped by company
- In the case of a tenderer consortium, a joint declaration by all consortium members and leader is required.
- Evidence of average annual turnover (Bilans stanja-uspjeha): a minimum of EUR 42.530 or BAM 83.182 net per year, on average, over the past three financial years.
- Number of employees: minimum of 5 in each of the past three years-evidence from the tax authority
- List of at least 2 reference projects in circular economy in the context of private sector development, implemented within the last 3 years
- List of at least 2 reference projects carried out in the Western Balkans within the last 3 years
- The technical assessment will be based only on reference projects that meet the minimum contract value of 50,000 EUR.
The selected companies will be contacted and invited to participate in the procedure after the evaluation of received letters of interest.

Relevant for compliance with the deadline is the submission of documentation to the above-mentioned email address. Late and incomplete applications will not be considered.
