GIZ is seeking professional support in the field of communications and visibility to strengthen its outreach and impact in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Western Balkans. The services include: strategic communications planning and crisis communication; media relations and engagement with press representatives; social media management and content creation; graphic design for print and digital communication materials; as well as photography and video production to document and promote GIZ’s activities and impacts of the bilateral and regional projects. Together, these services will ensure coherent, creative, and impactful communication in line with GIZ’s corporate and project objectives.

Interested companies in Bosnia and Herzegovina should provide the following:
1. Legal entity registered in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
2. Self-declaration of eligibility to be filled upon request.
3. Declaration of integrity, on request only signed and stamped by company
4. In the case of a tenderer consortium, a joint declaration by all consortium members
and leader is required.
5. Evidence of average annual turnover (Bilans stanja-uspjeha): a minimum of EUR
200.000 EUR or BAM 391.166 net per year, on average, over the past three financial
years.
6. Number of employees: minimum of 5 in each of the past three years-evidence from
the tax authority
7. At least 3 reference projects in BiH in the field of PR & Communications Services
similer to the discribed in the ToR and 1 reference projects in the Western Balkans
inn the field of PR & Communications Services similer to the discribed in the ToR in
the past 3 years.
The selected companies will be contacted and invited to participate in the procedure after the evaluation of received letters of interest.
