The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH in Bosnia and Herzegovina, within the framework of the project "Sustainable Economic Development and Employment Promotion - EU4 Digital Transformation in Bosnia and Herzegovina (EU4DT)" co-financed by the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany and the European Union, plans to conduct a procedure for selecting the most favourable bidder for the assignment of developing the Software Requirements Specifications for ePrevoz application (Description of the application/use of the IT solution; Infrastructure requirements; Deployment environments; Hosting; Technical security requirements; Functional requirements; Non-functional requirements; System requirements/technical framework)
All interested companies from the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina that are registered for performing activities in the field of Software engineering (business analysis; requirements engineering; solution architecture; UX/UI; integration design; digital public services) are hereby invited to submit a letter of expression of interest.
Subject of engagement:
- - Analysis, preparation and validation of requirements for the e-Prevoz pre-notification system,
- - Business process and data modelling of the target solution, based on the reduced SENT/PUESC reference scope,
- - Functional and non-functional specification of a web platform and a cross-platform mobile application (Android + iOS),
- - Solution architecture and integration/API design at specification level, as a standalone system (design only, no build),
- - Preparation of the software requirements specification (SRS) and the MoSCoW-prioritised product backlog,
- - Development of UX/UI mock-ups for the primary web and mobile user journeys,
- - Preparation of the release/MVP plan and build-effort estimate as the tender-ready basis
Interested companies should provide the following:
- 1. Legal entity registered in Bosnia and Herzegovina - extract from the court register.
- 2. Self-declaration of eligibility to be filled upon request.
- 3. In the case of a tenderer consortium, a joint declaration by all consortium members and leader is required.
- 4. Evidence of average annual turnover (Bilans stanja - uspjeha): a minimum of BAM 35.000,00 net per year, on average, over the past three financial years.
- 5. Number of employees: minimum of 5 in each of the past three years-evidence from the tax authority.
- 6. At least 2 reference projects in BiH (with minimum commission value 19.558,00 BAM) in the technical fields of Software engineering (business analysis; requirements engineering; solution architecture; UX/UI; integration design; digital public services);, with a short description of each project, the implementation period, and the client’s contact details, carried out in the past 3 years.
