The GIZ-Office Sarajevo invites suitably qualified travel-management agencies in Bosnia and Herzegovina to express their interest in providing flight tickets to the GIZ Office Sarajevo and its projects.
Interested companies should provide the following:
- - Evidence of commercial register entry in Bosnia and Herzegovina
- - Self-declaration of eligibility
- - Declaration in case of forming a consortium
- - Average annual turnover evidence (bilans stanja): minimum amount of 160.000,00 BAM net for the last three financial years 2025,2024 2023
- - Minimum 5 employees
- - Is an accredited IATA (International Air Transportation Association) travel agent. A certificate should be provided
- - Provision of 3 references in servicing international organizations, embassies and/or multinational corporations in Bosnia and Herzegovina from the last 36 months
- - Has access to Amadeus or other registered legal ticket purchasing system and flight ticket printing/1 reference project from the last 3 years
The selected companies will be contacted and invited to participate in the procedure after the evaluation of letters of interest received according to eligibility grid.
