CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH in Bosnia and Herzegovina, within the framework of the project " EU Support to Strengthen the Fight against Migrant Smuggling and Trafficking in Human Beings in the Western Balkans", plans to conduct a procedure for selecting the most favourable bidder for the procurement of equipment for a project partner.

In this regard, it addresses all interested and authorized companies for the sale of Graphics Processing Units (GPUs) in Bosnia and Herzegovina. 

Companies must fulfil following eligibility criteria to be eligible for opening of the financial offers.

1. Company name
2. Address and headquarters of the company
3. Certified decision on company registration in Bosnia and Herzegovina
4. Registration and tax number
5. Annual turnover evidence (appropriate financial statements) minimum 20.000 EUR or 39.116,60 BAM nett on average (per year) in the last three financial years.
6. Number of company employees (3 min. required) – proof from tax authority
7. Minimum 2 reference projects related to the procurement concerned - Graphics Processing Units (GPUs) from the past three years
8. Financial offer without VAT in accordance with the Specification and stipulated quantities

If the companies meet the eligibility requirements and submit the required documentation, the financial proposals will be opened for evaluation.
